Eve Air Mobility launches comprehensive aftermarket services portfolio 

At MRO Europe event, held in Barcelona from October 22-23, Embraer spin-off, Eve Air Mobility, unveiled Eve TechCare, a fully integrated aftermarket services portfolio aimed at ensuring safe and efficient urban air mobility (UAM) operations.

Eve TechCare is positioned as an all-in-one solution tailored for electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. 

According to the company, the portfolio offers a wide range of services, customer support, and operational solutions aimed at streamlining eVTOL operations. 

“Eve TechCare is a pioneer all-in-one suite of solutions designed to streamline eVTOL operations by providing the industry’s most comprehensive services, expert customer support, and cutting-edge operational solutions,” the company stated in a press release.

Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air Mobility, emphasised the company’s commitment to providing more than just aircraft. 

“At Eve, our focus goes beyond developing and producing an eVTOL; we take a holistic approach to the market by creating a suite of solutions to address the necessary aspects that will turn urban air mobility into a reality,” Bordais said. 

He added, “With Eve TechCare, we will ensure the best operational aircraft availability for our customers while optimising operational costs. Our goal is to offer our customers everything they need from the moment they receive their aircraft onward.”

Comprehensive support solutions

The portfolio includes technical support, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, parts and battery solutions, as well as training services and flight operation solutions. 

These services will be accessible via a digital platform, allowing operators to easily manage their fleet and operations.

Furthermore, Eve TechCare aims to support customers globally while maintaining a local presence. 

The services offered will cover all aspects necessary for the day-to-day operations of eVTOLs, including access to a 24/7 customer care centre, pilot and mechanic training, entry into service support, and aircraft health monitoring. MRO services and technical publications are also part of the package.
