Early Bird tickets to eVTOL Insights’ 2025 conferences in Palo Alto, Munich and Brisbane now on sale!

eVTOL Insights has released the price of tickets for its three main conferences taking place next year, with readers now able to take advantage of ‘Early Bird’ offers for a limited time only.

It’s looking like 2025 will be a busy year for the brand, with three new locations taking centre stage for global conversations about the Advanced Air Mobility market in the North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

Palo Alto (April 9th to 11th, 2025 )

The North America conference Taking place in Palo Alto from April 9th to 11th, the event also features the Global AAM Awards which made its inaugural bow at this year’s North America Conference in Montreal.

Early bird tickets are priced at $600, which includes entry to a pre-drinks networking reception on the 9th, the main conference on the 10th and the awards evening which is scheduled for later that evening. The price also includes entry to two industry tours; one being planned in the afternoon of Wednesday, April 9th and the other in the morning of Friday, April 11th.

These tickets are now on sale and will be until January 31st, 2025. After this date, the price of tickets will increase to $850.

Students are also attend the event, with concessions priced at $200.

Munich (September 9th to 11th, 2025)

Similar to Palo Alto, eVTOL Insights’ Europe Conference will have a similar format in that ticket prices include entry to a pre-drinks networking reception on the 9th, the main conference on the 10th and a post-event drinks reception.

The price also includes entry to two industry tours; one being planned in the afternoon of Wednesday, September 9th and the other in the morning of Friday, September 11th.

Early Bird tickets for Munich are now on sale for €500 until June 13th, 2025. After this date, the price of tickets will increase to €700. Student concessions are priced at €250.

Brisbane (December 2nd to 4th, 202 5)

Concluding eVTOL Insights’ conference programme for 2025 will be an industry conference in Australia and the city of Brisbane. Ticket prices include entry to a pre-drinks networking reception on the 2nd, the main conference on the 3rd and a post-event drinks reception.

The price also includes entry to two industry tours; one being planned in the afternoon of Tuesday, December 2nd and the other in the morning of Thursday, December 4th.

Early Bird tickets for Brisbane are now on sale until September 11th, 2025 and priced at $AUD 1,000. After this date, the price of tickets will increase to $AUD 1,500. Student concessions are priced at $AUD 400.
