CRISALION Mobility Signs “Pre-Sale Agreement with UrbanLink Air Mobility for 20 eVTOLs”
Spain-based CRISALION Mobility, an eVTOL design and development company, has signed a co-operation agreement with UrbanLink Air Mobility, a leading South U.S-based AAM and sustainable transportation company, reports a press release.
Under this agreement, CRISALION will pre-sell 20 of its Integrity aircraft to UrbanLink, “highlighting both companies shared commitment to revolutionising regional air travel through Advanced Air Mobility solutions,” explains the release.
This new agreement brings CRISALION’s total pre-sales of Integrity aircraft to 145 across four continents, confirming the company’s position as one of the global leaders in the growing AAM field.
Manuel Heredia, CEO at CRISALION Mobility, commented, “UrbanLink’s vision of becoming a fully electric, efficient transport operator is perfectly aligned with our commitment to lead the mobility of the future, driving innovation, quality and sustainability. We are delighted to commit to a strong, lasting partnership.”
Presently under development, the Integrity eVTOL is designed to carry up to five passengers and a pilot. Its versatility makes it ideal for urban and intercity transport of both passengers and cargo. Equipped with FlyFree technology, Integrity “maximises passenger comfort in all phases of flight, providing a high-quality travel experience and significantly reducing emissions,” continues the release.
Meanwhile, UrbanLink is positioned to be the first non-OEM-owned airline in the U.S and the first independent operator of all electric AAM solutions including the integration of eVTOL aircraft into its growing fleet.
By incorporating CRISALION’s craft into its all-electric fleet, UrbanLink will strengthen its operations in Europe, with a strategic focus on the Spanish and Italian markets.
Ed Wegel, Founder and Chairman of UrbanLink Air Mobility, remarked, “The Integrity’s innovative design, which significantly reduces vibration while optimising range and speed, is truly impressive. We are excited to bring these aircraft to routes connecting Madrid, Milan and other major European cities.
