EHang, KC Smart, Cyberport Collaborate “to Revolutionise UAM in Hong Kong”

EHang has just released news that the China-based UAV company is collaborating with KC Smart and Cyberport “to revolutionise Urban Air Mobility (UAM) in Hong Kong”, reports a Linkedin post.

The release explains, “This collaboration aims to introduce pilotless eVTOL aircraft into the skies, transforming passenger and logistics transportation in the Greater Bay Area.”

Then follows a series of bullet points.

: EHang brings cutting-edge autonomous air mobility technology with its EH216-S eVTOL, offering safe, eco-friendly, and efficient transport solutions.

: Kwoon Chung Smart Mobility contributes its expertise in smart logistics and public transport operations, ensuring seamless integration into Hong Kong’s infrastructure.

: Cyberport provides state-of-the-art facilities and digital infrastructure, having been appointed by the HKSAR Government as the venue partner for the low-altitude economy ‘regulatory sandbox’ pilot project, supporting innovative technology testing and smart city development.
