Tickets for eVTOL Insights’ North America Conference & Awards now on general sale! Updated agenda to be released soon
General tickets are now on sale for eVTOL Insights’ North America Conference & Awards, with just over two months until the event heads to Palo Alto, California.
Taking place from April 9th to 11th, tickets are on sale for $850 and the price includes entry to the conference and its Global AAM Awards. You can buy your tickets here via our Eventbrite page.
Companies confirmed to attend and participate in the speaker programme are Odys Aviation, Wisk, Moya Aero, UrbanLink Air Mobility Joby Aviation, SkyGrid, Advanced Air Mobility Institute, SMG Consulting and McKinsey & Company.
Also confirmed to attend as a speaker and moderator are aviation lawyer Philip Weissman and AAM infrastructure expert Clint Harper.
And last week, we confirmed AIR, Whisper Aero, Electra.aero, MightyFly, Grey Jay and McElhanney would also be joining as speakers.
The event schedule will start with an industry tour on the afternoon of the 9th, with a evening networking reception planned for that evening.
Our main conference starts from 9am to 5pm on the 10th, which will feature keynote presentations, fireside chats and panel discussions about the global Advanced Air Mobility market.
Once our conference finishes, our 2025 Global AAM Awards Ceremony will take place in the evening. Entries are now open and companies are encouraged to enter any of the 18 categories before the final deadline of Monday, March 10th. Please note, each entry will now cost £299.
Then on Friday, April 11th, we will conclude our event schedule with another industry tour — likely to take place in the morning before our event programme finishes early afternoon.
There are also still several sponsorship opportunities available for companies interested in having additional branding and awareness on the day. They are a few remaining exhibitor spaces, as well as an opportunity to be the event’s food and drink sponsor and headline sponsor.
