AAM Middle East Conference: Skyports, SkyDrive, United Defence, and Saudi Aramco join the speaker lineup
We are excited to announce that four more industry leaders have confirmed their participation at the AAM Middle East Conference: Skyports, SkyDrive, United Defence, and Saudi Aramco.
Daniel O’Neill, General Manager, Middle East at SKyports, will join the “Infrastructure Readiness” panel to discuss the current state of AAM infrastructure.
He will share his insights into the current challenges, integration into existing transport networks, and best practices for executing large-scale vertiport projects.
Keisuke Yasukochi, Global Intelligence Officer at SkyDrive, will join the “Operational Challenges and OEM Strategies” panel, discussing how SkyDrive is designing eVTOLs to withstand the regional climate challenges while maintaining safety and efficiency. He will also explore strategies to adapt to diverse environmental conditions.
Furthermore, Fahad Alshammari, Co-Founder and CTO of United Defence, will join the *Opportunities for Unmanned Operations in the Region* panel.
He will share his insights on regulatory challenges, safety concerns, and emerging technologies in autonomous aviation.
Alshammari will also discuss how collaboration between OEMs, regulators, and investors is shaping Saudi Arabia’s AAM landscape.
Additionally, Soliman A. Al-Walaie, Senior Engineering Consultant at Saudi Aramco, will join the *Opportunities for Unmanned Operations* panel.
With over 25 years of experience in drones and robotics engineering, he will discuss leveraging UAS systems for industrial applications, regulatory challenges, and advancing unmanned operations adoption in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East.
The AAM Middle East Conference will commence with a networking reception on Tuesday, 22 April 2025, followed by a full day of keynotes, panels, and networking sessions on Wednesday, 23 April.
Confirmed participants include AAM Institute, Archer Aviation, Manta Aircraft, BSI, Technology Innovation Institute, SMG Consulting, and The Helicopter Company. More speakers are expected to be announced soon.
