PAL-V to showcase its Liberty flying car at AIM Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi
The 14th edition of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) Congress is set to take place from 7 April-9 April 2025, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
This year, the event will be held under the theme “Mapping the Future of Global Investment: The New Wave of a Globalised Investment Landscape – Towards a New Balanced World Structure.”
It will spotlight innovation innovations in the mobility sector as part of the Future Cities Portfolio.
Furthermore, the event will bring together over 25,000 participants from 180 countries and will offer a unique platform for industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to explore the future of advanced transportation.
PAL-V Liberty showcase
One of the most anticipated highlights of the congress will be the presence of a Dutch flying car manufacturer, PAL-V.
The company will showcase its flagship product, the PAL-V Liberty, which has gained global attention as the world’s first FlyDrive vehicle.
Attendees of AIM Congress 2025 will have the unique opportunity to see the PAL-V Liberty up close and learn about its journey from concept to reality.
In addition, they will have the chance to engage directly with the team and discuss potential investment and partnership opportunities.
Last year, PAL-V signed an agreement with Dubai-based Aviterra, led and backed by one of the founders of Jetex, a global leader in executive aviation, for the acquisition of over 100 flying cars.
Robert Dingemanse, Founder and CEO of PAL-V, said, “As mobility evolves, we are proud to showcase the PAL-V Liberty at AIM Congress 2025. The UAE’s forward-thinking approach to advanced air mobility makes it an ideal platform to explore how FlyDrive vehicles can revolutionise transportation.”
He added, “With the PAL-V Liberty, we are bringing the future of mobility to reality—creating seamless, efficient, and flexible transportation solutions for governments, professionals, and private individuals.”
Furthermore, PAL-V has made significant strides in the advanced air mobility (AAM) space over the years.
In 2020, the company became the first FlyDrive vehicle to receive European road certification, enabling it to operate alongside conventional cars.
Currently, it is in the final stages of obtaining a certificate from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), with plans to start deliveries of PAL-V Liberty units to government agencies, businesses, and individual customers soon.
