eVTOL Insights heads to Paris and Munich for its next industry events, continuing Advanced Air Mobility conversations

eVTOL Insights is proud to announce its next two major industry gatherings in Paris and Munich, marking a pivotal moment for leaders, innovators, and stakeholders shaping the future of Advanced Air Mobility.

Taking place the day before this year’s Paris Air Show, eVTOL Insights will once again host its ‘Leaders’ Lunch from 12noon to 3pm on Sunday, June 15th, but with a different format to previous years.

This private, intimate gathering is open to C-suite executives and will include 15 minutes of networking at the start, followed by a two to three-course lunch and curated disccussion around the table. Another 15 minutes of networking will take place at the end.

Shortly thereafter, the focus shifts to Munich, Germany’s hotbed for deep tech and advanced aerospace, where eVTOL Insights will be hosting its 2025 Europe Conference. Early bird tickets are currently on sale for €500 until June 13th.

This event, from September 9th to 11th, will spotlight scaling strategies, investment trends, and cross-industry partnerships, drawing on the region’s robust innovation ecosystem. The schedule will comprise:

  • Site visit (PM on Wednesday, September 9th)
  • Pre-event networking drinks (Evening on September 9th)
  • Main Conference Day on Thursday, September 10th (9am to 5pm)
  • Post-event drinks reception after conference finishes
  • Site visit (AM on Friday, September 11th)
