Countdown Begins: Eight Weeks Until eVTOL Insights’ Europe Conference in Munich – Tentative Agenda Now Live

A tenative agenda for eVTOL Insights’ Europe Conference in Munich has been released, which once again features industry experts from across the global Advanced Air Mobility market.

With eight weeks remaining until the event on Wednesday, September 10th, the programme will also feature two industry site visits, scheduled the day before and day after the conference, and multiple networking opportunities. The full schedule over the three days is as follows:

  • An industry tour is planned for Tuesday, September 9th at ERC System between 4pm and 5pm CEST, with a pre-event drinks reception also taking place that evening between 6pm and 8pm CEST
  • Our full-day conference will be on Wednesday, September 10th and feature presentations, panel debates and fireside chats on a host of topics. This will include both industry leaders and those from outside the market, who can provide greater perspectives on the challenges and opportunities as we move closer towards global commercialisation
  • On Thursday, September 11th, we will conclude our event schedule with an industry tour of Munich Airport — likely to take place in the morning before finishing early afternoon

Now in its latest European edition, the conference is a cornerstone event which brings together key players from across the sector for a full day of engaging discussions, strategic insights, and high-impact networking.

eVTOL Insights is also grateful to event sponsors ZURI, DLR (German Aerospace Center), Dayton Development Coalition and Evolito for their continued support in helping to make our events a real success.

The Tentative Agenda Highlights:

  • Thought leaders and executives from companies including ZURI, Evolito, LYNEports, Bluenest by Globalvia, Skyports Infrastructure, LYTE Aviation, ERC System, the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence (NAAMCE), Wingcopter, Grasshopper Air Mobility, Munich Airport, Roland Berger, UrbanV and flyvbird
  • Topics will cover certification challenges, infrastructure readiness, public perception, funding and investment trends, and commercial rollout timelines.
  • A mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and fireside chats designed to foster collaboration and tackle the most pressing questions in the industry.

Tickets are on general sale now priced at €700. The cost includes entry to the conference and two industry site visits. Early registration is recommended, as space is limited and demand continues to grow.
