LYNEports, Eyrie Aero, and ELSA Industry Join Forces To Advance Global Urban Air Mobility
LYNEports has announced a strategic partnership with Eyrie Aero and ELSA Industry to accelerate the rollout of advanced air mobility (AAM) infrastructure across global markets.
The collaboration brings together leaders in airside planning, eVTOL technology, and sustainable aviation, aiming to deliver scalable, safe, and environmentally responsible urban air mobility (UAM) solutions.
The three companies will work in close alignment to integrate LYNEports’ AI-powered digital planning platform with Eyrie Aero’s eVTOL operations and ELSA Industry’s sustainable infrastructure and hydrogen-based energy systems.
The joint effort is set to support the development of end-to-end mobility networks, from vertiport design to operational implementation.
AI, Sustainability, and Scalable Operations at the Core
Key areas of collaboration include AI-driven infrastructure planning, where LYNEports will enable real-time simulations, flight path design, and regulatory compliance for vertiport locations.
ELSA Industry will contribute its renewable energy expertise by integrating high-compressed green hydrogen production on-site, aligning with eco-conscious vertiport designs and LYNEports’ planning capabilities.
Eyrie Aero’s eVTOL customers will benefit from optimized routes and layout designs to support higher passenger throughput and efficient service models.
Rasha Alshami, CEO of LYNEports, said, “This partnership marks a pivotal moment for Advanced Air Mobility. By uniting Eyrie Aero’s innovative end-to-end Service Hub and ELSA’s sustainable green H2 On-site plant and Development of a H2-Powered UAV, with our planning intelligence, we’re creating a blueprint for seamless, scalable UAM ecosystems.”
Zahid Mahmood, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Eyrie Aero, noted the strength of the collaboration, stating, “Collaborating with LYNEports and ELSA Industry ensures our eVTOL networks are built on a foundation of safety, efficiency, and sustainability—key to unlocking urban air mobility at scale.”
Cristinel Patrascu, CEO of ELSA Industry, added, “Our modular cargo UAV development and on-site green hydrogen (H2) production solutions—paired with LYNEports’ digital twin capabilities—will not only accelerate vertiport deployment and cut costs but also power the next generation of H2 powered vehicles, making Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) scalable and sustainable for cities worldwide.”
Global Rollout To Begin in Europe and the Middle East
The partnership reflects growing momentum in the AAM sector and aligns with global efforts to decarbonize transportation and advance smart city initiatives.
Initial projects will be focused in Europe and the Middle East, where infrastructure development and regulatory support present strong opportunities for early adoption.
As the alliance takes shape, the companies plan to expand their integrated solutions to additional markets, offering flexible, modular systems that can be adapted to local urban environments.
By combining digital intelligence, renewable energy, and operational scalability, the partnership will play a central role in shaping the future of sustainable air mobility.
