ICYMI – Less Than Four Weeks Until eVTOL Insights’ Europe Conference in Munich – buy your tickets to secure your spot

There are now less than four weeks to go until eVTOL Insights’ Europe Conference in Munich and delegates interested are being urged to secure their seat at another key gathering which brings together innovators and decision-makers in Advanced Air Mobility.

This event will take place from September 9th–11th, with the main conference being held at the Hilton Munich Airport on Wednesday, September 10th.

eVTOL Insights is also grateful to event sponsors ZURIDLR (German Aerospace Center)Dayton Development Coalition and Evolito for their continued support in helping to make our events a real success.

The programme will kick off on Tuesday, September 9th, with a site visit to ERC System from 4pm to 5pm. This will be an excellent opportunity for delegates to see first-hand, the work being done by the company as it continues to build its hybrid-electric aircraft for emergency medical response missions.

Please note, attendance to this site visit will be at the discretion of the company.

Delegates will then head back to the Munich Airport campus for a pre-event networking drinks reception from 6pm to 9pm. This will take place at Airbrau — Europe’s largest covered beer garden.

The conference on Wednesday, September 10th will be from 9am to 5pm and feature keynote presentations, panel discussions and fireside chats which will cover a host of topics covering the global Advanced Air Mobility market. Highlights for 2025 include:

  • Keynote presentations from Munich Airport, ZURI, Skyports Infrastructure, NAAMCE, Leonardo Helicopters, UrbanV, LYNEports, and more
  • Panel discussions exploring customer adoption, market entry strategies, ecosystem collaboration, and the role of digital tools and data in deployment
  • Fireside chats with industry leaders from Roland Berger, Evolito, and ERC System
  • Networking opportunities including post-event drinks to connect with peers and potential partners

Once the conference finishes, another networking reception will take place at the Hilton Munich Airport Hotel between 5pm and 6.30pm.

Our event programme then finishes on Thursday, September 11th with a site visit to Munich Airport. This will take place between 9.30am and 10.30am local time.

Tickets to attend this event cost €700 and includes entry to the site visits, conference and networking reception. To buy yours, please click here.
