ANRA Technologies Opens Dubai Office After Securing UTM Contract

ANRA Technologies has announced the opening of its Dubai office, which will strengthen its presence in the Middle East as the region accelerates adoption of drone technologies and smart mobility initiatives.

The move marks a major step in the company’s global expansion and supports its ability to work closely with government, industry, and commercial stakeholders across the region.

Awarded Dubai’s Next-Generation UTM Platform

The launch follows ANRA’s contract win from Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP), in collaboration with Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans), to design and deploy the Emirate’s next-generation unmanned traffic management (UTM) platform.

The new Dubai office will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of one of the world’s most advanced digital airspace management systems.

Once operational, it will provide the foundation for safe, scalable, and innovative unmanned aircraft operations across Dubai’s Control Traffic Area (CTA).

Global Growth And Certification Milestones

ANRA’s expansion into Dubai comes after a year of significant achievements. The company became the first to be certified by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) as a U-space Service Provider, confirming its readiness to manage drone traffic across Europe at scale.

In the United States, ANRA has deployed its commercial UTM system in multiple locations, supported by the first Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Letter of Acceptance approving UTM services.

The company is already a partner to global drone delivery operators including DoorDash, Amazon, Manna, and Matternet. Its digital airspace services provide real-time flight planning, deconfliction, and regulatory coordination aligned with FAA and international standards.

Beyond commercial applications, ANRA delivers dual-use solutions for NATO and Drone-as-a-First-Responder (DFR) agencies, extending its expertise into defense and security domains such as Counter-UAS and Airspace Domain Awareness.

The new Dubai office is set to serve as a hub for collaboration with regional government agencies, commercial enterprises, and innovation partners. With the UAE investing in smart city infrastructure and drone-enabled services, the city provides an environment aligned with ANRA’s mission to enable safe and interoperable unmanned aviation.

The Dubai base will also act as a launch point for ANRA’s Advanced Air Mobility services, including its vertiport management system and digital airspace solutions tested with NASA, the FAA, and SESAR.

“A year of extraordinary growth, validation, and now winning the Dubai UTM contract has paved the way for this exciting new chapter,” said Amit Ganjoo, Founder and CEO of ANRA Technologies. “Dubai’s innovative leadership in embracing advanced air mobility makes it an ideal location for us to expand our presence, deepen local partnerships, and bring our proven solutions to a region eager to lead the future of aerial innovation.”
